Staff Team

Working as a member of staff at Doncaster YMCA is a great way to get involved in supporting children and young people.

Our staff team is made up of around 20 people of a variety of ages and from a range of backgrounds. We have a good balance of male and female staff across the age groups.

Roles include working directly with children and young people in our Hostel and Community Centre and supporting our work in many other ways 'behind the scenes'.

The staff team are a friendly group who all contribute their skills to make the YMCA a better place.

And, of course, the greatest reward is having an impact on the lives of children and young people - and being appreciated for it!
