Our Vision

Doncaster YMCA is an active part of one of the world’s largest and longest-established youth movements. We exist to support young people in reaching their full potential. We believe that an organisation like ours works best when it works alongside young people, recognising and harnessing their potential as contributors to our work. To this end, we set out our intentions•To work step by step with young people who need our support, focusing on their personal development, their individual goals and their position as valid and valued members of society. •To work hand in hand as young people, volunteers, board members and staff in order to build a strong and vibrant YMCA community. •To work day by day towards a strong and sustainable YMCA for now and for the future.
